Hollow Holdings / Consulting
Software consulting
Hollow Holdings builds web and iPhone apps, adds AI features to existing products, reviews architecture and sets up search and AI visibility. You work directly with Chris Koniecny, who built and runs Trail Pro Intel, BudgetLabs and OurTeamSports.

What we can build with you
Web and iPhone apps
A web app and an iPhone app from one codebase, built on Next.js, TypeScript and Supabase and wrapped for iOS with Capacitor. Payments through Stripe on the web and Apple in-app purchases on iPhone.
In our own products: How Trail Pro Intel and BudgetLabs are built and shipped.
AI features that earn their place
Assistants that act on your data, turning pasted text into structured records, tagging images, and MCP servers that let AI assistants such as Claude work with your product directly.
In our own products: Hank and Smart Import in BudgetLabs, trail-cam tagging in Trail Pro Intel, and MCP servers in both.
Technical strategy and reviews
Architecture and stack decisions, database security reviews, and a plan for hosting, deploys and scheduled jobs you can run without a dedicated ops team.
In our own products: Three products running on Azure with automated deploys.
Search and AI visibility
Metadata, structured data, llms.txt, IndexNow and Search Console set up so search engines and AI assistants can find, trust and cite your site.
In our own products: Trail Pro Intel's state deer-season guides earned more than 860,000 Google impressions in 90 days.

How a project runs
The same five steps we use for our own products, with a written scope before any code is written.

Discovery callDay 1
We talk through what you're building, who it's for and what done looks like. You leave with a written scope, a recommended stack and a timeline.
PlanDays 2 to 3
We use AI to draft the architecture, data model and screens quickly, then review every decision by hand before any code is written.
BuildWeeks 1 to 2
Working software every week, not slides. You see features land in a live preview and we check in with you as they do.
LaunchWeek 3
Testing, deployment and documentation, plus a walkthrough so you're comfortable running the platform yourself.
IterateOngoing
Monitoring, fixes and new features as real users start telling you what they need.
Questions
What kind of consulting does Hollow Holdings offer?
Hollow Holdings builds web and iPhone apps, adds AI features to existing products, reviews architecture and security, and sets up search and AI visibility. Projects are led by founder Chris Koniecny, who built Trail Pro Intel, BudgetLabs and OurTeamSports.
How do I start a project?
Email chris@hollowholdingsllc.io with what you're building, who it's for and when you need it. The first step is a discovery call, after which you get a written scope, a recommended stack and a timeline.
How quickly can you ship?
It depends on scope. For reference, Trail Pro Intel went from idea to a production launch in four weeks. Your timeline is part of the written scope after the discovery call.
Do you use AI to write code?
Yes, at every step from planning to code review. That's how a small team keeps three products shipping. Every decision still gets reviewed by hand before it goes live.
What technology do you work with?
Next.js, React and TypeScript on the front end, Supabase (Postgres) for data and auth, Capacitor for iPhone, Stripe and Apple in-app purchases for payments, and Azure for hosting.
Do you still run your own products?
Yes. Trail Pro Intel and BudgetLabs are live and OurTeamSports is in early access. Because our own products come first, we take on a small number of client projects at a time.
Tell us what you’re building
A few lines is enough: what it is, who it’s for and when you need it.
